It’s 2025, and with a fresh rebrand, I’ve relaunched my coaching business under a new name: Nurture Ambition.
What’s New
Alongside my signature program, The Empowered Mum Project, I’ve introduced a new 6-week intensive career coaching program called Pause to Progress, designed to help you rediscover your passion, elevate your career, and gain the skills you need to thrive. Whether you’re stepping back into the workforce or exploring new opportunities, I’ll guide you every step of the way.
But you might be wondering why Nurture Ambition?
What’s the meaning behind the name?
Let me share the story.
When people hear Nurture Ambition, they will likely assume it’s about chasing traditional success like climbing the career ladder, earning more, or achieving big goals.
But that’s not the heart of it.
Ambition, by definition, is a strong desire to do or achieve something. Many associate it with professional success, but I see it differently.
To me, ambition is about discovering and living your life’s purpose, not just checking off achievements, but creating a life that truly fulfills you.
This perspective aligns closely with the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai, which is all about finding the intersection of what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what sustains you. It’s not just about striving … it’s about meaning.
And then there’s nurture, to care for and support growth.
In a world that often glorifies the hustle, I believe ambition should be nurtured, not forced.
It’s not about pushing yourself to exhaustion but about pursuing what matters while prioritising your wellbeing.
Success without burnout.
Growth with self-compassion.
That’s the essence of Nurture Ambition.
In Summary
It’s about guiding you to find your purpose, achieve your aspirations, and thrive without sacrificing yourself in the process.
